The photography team at Unique Media & Design (UMD) is dedicated to keeping the agents, the selling clients, and our photography staff safe during this time.  We have implemented a few important and mandatory protocols so that we can continue to give you the service you are accustomed to, and do our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19.  Please know that non-compliance with any of these will result in automatic cancellation and possible prevention of further scheduling.

  • NO ONE CAN BE PRESENT IN THE PROPERTY WHILE PHOTOGRAPHER IS ONSITE. THIS WILL MAINTAIN THE SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES.

  • PLEASE HAVE ALL LIGHTS ON, FANS OFF, BLINDS OPEN, AND UNNECESSARY ITEMS REMOVED FROM VIEW.

  • PROPERTIES SHOULD BE 100% STAGED AND READY FOR US TO SHOOT. WE WILL NOT BE TOUCHING ANY ITEMS INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE HOME.

UMD is asking all agents and homeowners to have all of the lights on, fans off, blinds open, and any obscure items hidden or put away at the property. The photographer will enter the residence and not touch anything while inside the property will be shot “as is”.  As an extra measure of precaution, we are asking the agents and homeowners to please vacate the property while we are taking pictures at least 20 minutes before the scheduled photo shoot.   This eliminates the need for touching anything while in the house or getting into each other's air space.  Each photographer at UMD has a container of sanitizing wipes, which are used on their equipment between every shoot.

Please verify with the homeowner or resident that they have not experienced any illness or have been in contact with potentially-compromised persons.  If they have, please contact us immediately and we will cancel or reschedule without any fees.  Also if there are any specifics that you want captured onsite, please notify your photographer.  If we have to return for something that is missed, a reshoot fee will apply.  This applies to custom appliances, counters, master closets, attic space, garage, outdoor features etc. (essentially, things we might not take normally).  Take time to get specifics from the owners, as well to make sure we have everything we need before arrival.

Also, if you are not going to be the person at the property to let the UMD photographer in, please make sure we have accurate contact information.  We will reach out to you when we are en route so that you and/or your clients have time to make sure everything is in order.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we take these extra precautionary steps for you, your selling clients, and our staff members.
